Go to the Outlook software on your
computer
click on tools, then accounts, then mail, then addSet up a new account using the wizard
Put anything for the first screen like
your name

Put your email address that you
want to use in the next screen

Your incoming or POP3 account is your
domain name
example: useyourdomainnamezs.com
(replace with your domain name)
Use your ISP's SMTP setting for
outgoing mail.
(this does not mean that you can not send email from your site-it just means that you need
to use your ISP's settings for SMTP)
Please call them and ask them for their SMTP (outgoing mail information.)
If AOL is your ISP
Please email us for their SMTP information

Your POP account user name and password
is the name and password that you specify in your Mail Manager for the pop email box
Do not check log on using secure password unless you are very experienced

use anything for friendly name

choose the appropriate choice for
your dial up set up on your computer.
If in doubt-choose-I will establish my internet connection manually

On the next screen click finish
You are now ready to use pop email
